Presto Brandsäkerhet AB is a partner of safety services and products within fire protection with nationwide service. The company has been around for over 50 years and the journey has since the start been both exciting and challenging for their product selection.

When Presto first got in touch with us at Care Of, they were uncertain with how their sales team would feel about proactively start working in a CRM system. The organization lacked a common approach to the aspect of sales and felt that they wanted to make the sales department work in a more organized and collective manner. The working method could vary greatly from seller to seller and also from a region to region perspective. As we talked, we collectively agreed that their goal should be to become Presto as one and gain structure over the company, the sales force and all customers.

The answer to the vision was Cirrus, which provided an overview of all relationships. Now they work together as a whole instead of having several different working methods in form of shambolic excel documents and e-mail loops.

Cirrus was integrated with Jeeves – Presto’s business system, which now allows them to track real-time sales statistics directly in the system. This facilitates not only the sellers daily work, but also the sales managers’ challenging task of ensuring that the staff get the right conditions so that they can work towards set goals and budgets.

With Cirrus, they have now gained control of all sales data and have structure over distributing their efforts in the accurate places.

We continue with anticipation to follow Presto’s journey and are grateful for the cooperation that has given us plenty of experience. This project is a clear marker that strong relationships can make both companies and people grow.
