What information do we collect?

We only process personal data when we have legal grounds. We do not process personal data other than when it´s required to fulfil obligations under contract and law. Here are some examples of the personal data we process:

  • Possible free text about your role and our relationship

What is our legal basis for processing your personal data?

Virtually all storage and processing of personal data is carried out with the support of the contract we as a supplier have with you as a customer. We do this to fulfil our obligations to you as a customer and to be able to comply with prevailing legislation.

What we do with your information

All data is used to deliver and administer our services. We need the information to identify you as a customer, for billing, for our customer service and other administrative services. We also need your information in order to communicate to you about news and/or other important events concerning our product or us as a supplier.

To whom we may disclose your personal information

Initially, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless you have consented to it or if it is not necessary in order to fulfil our obligations under contract or law.

This is exempted if a customer violates our contract terms, if there is legal action or if an authority requests it with legal support. An example of this could be tax authorities or police authorities in the countries concerned.

Where do we process your personal data?

Our goal is to always process and store your data within the EU/ESS. All our offices and technical environments are located within the EU/ESS. However, in some circumstances, information may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EU/ESS by another supplier or subcontractor. We always strive to protect your data and constantly work to ensure that your data is handled in the same way outside the EU/ESS as it is within the partnership. We have agreements with all our suppliers and will continuously establish new ones with new parties that come in as we develop our service.

How we protect your personal information

Our security systems are developed with your integrity in mind and highly protect against intrusion, destruction and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy. We apply logical network restriction, different access levels, different physical intrusion protection systems and security alarms.

How long do we store your personal data?

Your data is stored as long as it is necessary in order for us to fulfil our commitment as a supplier and, for example, in matter of financial documentation, as long as it is required to meet all legal requirements.

INFORMATION
As a customer you have the right to contact us at any time to see what information we have collected about you.

AMENDMENT
Correction or completion of registered data can generally be done through our support or by calling our switchboard.

LIMITATION
If you wish to object to the storage and use of some of the information we handle, please contact our support. Please note that we will always require to store and handle certain information in order to deliver the service to you.

DATA PORTABILITY
You have the right to request your personal data that has been collected and processed manually or automatically in a machine-readable format.

DELETION
In certain circumstances, you may request to have your personal information removed. This can occur when there is no legal basis or no justified reason for storage.

GOOGLE PRIVACY POLICY

At Care of CRM, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy describes how we integrate Cirrus CRM with your Google account and how we handle your personal data.

How does Cirrus CRM integrate with your Google Account?
Our integration with Google allows us to automate various tasks and streamline your workflow. Specifically, we integrate with your Google account to:

  • Sync calendars: We sync parts of your Cirrus CRM calendar with your Google Calendar, and vice versa. This helps you stay organized and avoid scheduling conflicts. The integration will create a new sub calendar to which we can write to or read from. We will never access your entire calendar.

 

What information do you access?
We ask for permission to access your calendar so that we can fulfill the functionality of our integration. The information we use is limited to:

A specific calendar, time and date of events and task you put in that calendar. Any description in that task or event. We also include who you intend to meet as we connect the task with the same person in Cirrus.

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use secure servers and encryption technology to protect your information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in providing you with the products and services you request.
